Very responsive and professional. The owner himself came out and gave us a price quote. No high pressure sales people, just down to earth personable guy. Installation was performed by a skilled technician who was professional and cleaned up after himself. We were very pleased and highly recommend Charleston Lift & Ramp to anyone looking for a wheelchair ramp or lift.

Brian does amazing work! Beyond just installation of high quality equipment, Brian was patient with my mom and dad on their decision making for the stair lift device. His customer service is simply the best. He wrote a detailed but easy to understand estimate that accommodated my dad’s veterans status, made himself available for questions and then kept the estimate active for a number of months while my folks lined up their finances. When everything was ready, Brian quickly ordered the system and got it installed personally in a very professional manner.

I have known Brian a long time. As a man of faith, his compassion for helping others shines in the work he does. Whether he is installing a lift, or helping someone find a workable solution to fit their needs, his genuine heart for serving others is apparent to all who encounter him.
